Divisions

The farming division of Seed Sowers oversees irrigated and dry-land crops. The center-pivot irrigated land consists of corn, wheat, milo, soybeans, cotton, and triticale. The dry-land farm consists of wheat and milo. Within Seed Sowers we are utilizing the available technology as it becomes profitable. Currently we are grid sampling to help with variable rate planting and fertilization.

Seed Sowers manages farming and ranching ground, as well as oil and gas leases. The land is located in Southwest Kansas; Sedan, Kansas; the Oklahoma panhandle; and the Texas panhandle.

The cattle division of Seed Sowers is a cow-calf operation. Our goal is to “build a better cow.” Our cattle are mostly an angus/red angus breed with some polled hereford.
